Chicago, IL – Answering strong demands for its Tenant Advisor services, CARMEN Commercial Real Estate has announced plans to expand by opening an office located in downtown Chicago. CARMEN has recognized an increasing demand for its Tenant Representation services outside Greater Indianapolis, particularly in Chicago.

CARMEN is a Commercial Tenant Representation firm that has established a reputation in the industry over the past 24 years for its deep commitment to advocating for the rights of tenants during commercial office negotiations. CARMEN’s clients have continually asked the firm’s President, Chris Carmen, to help them with expansion plans outside the state of Indiana.
