Challenge: Seven Corners was a rapidly expanding business and needed to accommodate its growth by relocating into larger office space.

Solution: CARMEN worked with the three principals of Seven Corners to help the firm identify and lease a suitable office site located on Indianapolis’ north side or in suburban Carmel. Seven Corners chose to lease office space located in Keystone at the Crossing. Subsequently, Seven Corners engaged CARMEN on three occasions to expand their office space.

When the firm had reached capacity in its current space, CARMEN prepared a lease vs. purchase study for the principals to consider. After reviewing it, they decided to purchase a building instead of signing another lease. However, after an extensive search, they determined that no suitable building was for sale. CARMEN acted as an Owners’ Representative for Seven Corners and identified suitable building sites, negotiated the land purchase, interviewed contractors, and acted as Seven Corners’ developer/project manager to construct a 30,000 square foot building in Carmel, Indiana.
