Challenges: Princeton One was a growing executive search company, located on the north side of Indianapolis. They wanted to move to a more central location in order to accommodate their employees who lived across Greater Indianapolis.

Solution: After performing an employee mapping study to identify the locations that would fulfill Princeton’s needs, CARMEN determined that downtown Indianapolis would provide Princeton the central location its principals sought, as well as a broad range of amenities. CARMEN identified a number of downtown office locations, ultimately narrowing its focus on a renovated historic building.

Additionally, CARMEN negotiated with the City of Indianapolis and the State of Indiana for economic incentives and for parking rights in a city-owned garage.
